"Good show, pathetic bathrooms"
The show itself was nice, but the bathrooms were a joke. For a place hosting events, you’d think they could manage something as basic as clean, usable restrooms. Disappointing.

"Good concert, but I’m a little less sure now"
The concert itself was really good and the sound was great. I had a fun night overall, but a couple little things around the experience made me feel like I can’t fully trust everything to run smoothly next time.

"Pretty good, just feels a bit repetitive"
I’ve been liking it overall, but after a while it kind of starts to feel like the same thing again and again. Not sure if I just haven’t gotten far enough or what, but I wish there was a little more variety

"The website is actually frustrating"
I was trying to find tickets, and it actually took way longer than I expected. The pages were loading slowly, too, so the whole thing just felt more annoying than it needed to be.

"Parking felt like a scam waiting to happen"
Parking was a total mess. It took forever just to find a spot, and by the time we finally did, I was already stressed and wondering if we were getting fooled by all the confusing signs and random directions. Rideshare pickup was somehow even worse, with no clear flow and everyone looking lost. Super frustrating experience

I emailed support and, you know, no big deal or anything, but it took a few days to hear back. When they finally replied, the answer wasn’t really that useful, so that was… fine, I guess. Definitely a bit frustrating, but sure, everything’s totally okay.

"Fair overall, but the fees add up"
I’m careful about what I spend on tickets, so I definitely noticed the fees bumping up the total. That said, I was still able to find decent seats that fit my budget. Checkout was simple enough, and while I wouldn’t call it cheap, it feels worth it for the right event.

"Great sound overall, but the side seats were a little frustrating"
I went to an LA Phil show the acoustics were really nice for the most part. The strings sounded clear and full, which I loved. But from our side seats, some sections felt weirdly soft, like we were missing little pieces of the performance. Kind of annoying when you’re there to really soak it all in. Still, it ended up being a really good night, and I’d definitely go again.

I tried buying tickets on laphil.com and it turned into such a headache. Seats kept disappearing, the checkout froze on me twice, and then my cart just emptied like none of it mattered. By the time I finally got it to work, extra fees showed up at the end. It felt like the site didn’t care how frustrating the whole process was. Not exactly how I wanted to spend my evening.

"Cramped seats and a disappointing view"
The seats felt really cramped and uncomfortable, and the view wasn’t great from where we were sitting. I noticed a few other people around us shifting around too, so I don’t think it was just me. Curious if others had the same experience in that section.
